Hello, I am a film student from Oxford in the process of doing my dissertation on Kidlat Tahimik, a filmmaker who I love very much. It is very important for my to be able to watch Balikbayan #1 memories of overdevelopment redux (ideally vol. IV), but unfortunately this is proving to be impossible. I was wondering if any on you would be able to help me? I am willing to pay money to watch it and of course I will not record the film and upload it. Also potentually can try to use a VPN if it is available anywhere that it is indeen inaccessable from the UK. I wish you all a good new year and hope that Kidlat has a speedy recovery from Covid, Lucien Ohanian.
