Many of us make hiring mistakes because we are fascinated with the skills of the person, but we practically ignore the personality and character of the person. What is essential is not just the benefit we can get from them but also avoid the harm they may bring us. Some people are so smart and clever but are conniving, scheming, and they are just so deceiving, and they do more harm for you in your organization than the good you were expecting from them. This is the danger of ignoring character and personality and just going for the skills.
Talent, skills and abilities of people should not come at the expense of corporate culture. Every company should have the rule: "No Jerks Around Here Allowed."

To travelers who dream of a soulful getaway into nature, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) in the Philippines will be waiting for you.

Found amidst the mountainous Northern Luzon island, the region is closely connected to its cool and verdant environment. It is also home to a thriving community of artists and master craftsmen, who bring color, culture, and life to this mountainous domain.

But until we can travel again, stay at home, dream, and #WakeUpInPH by planning your next getaway to the Cordillera Administrative Region:
