Benguet identifies 'Minahang Bayan'

ITOGON, Benguet: The Provincial Mining Regulatory Board (PMRB) declared a 64-hectare (ha) Minahang Bayan (Mining Town) in this mineral-rich town to be operated by a pocket mining group.
