Alleged New People's Army(NPA) bombing at HEDCOR tapping point and control area in Otucan Norte, Bauko. This resulted to power interruption last night till morning in Mt Province and some parts of Benguet. Total estimate damage is 10 million pesos. No people killed or injured.
