Founded in October 2023 by Raul A. Santos, a proud Cordilleran with Igorot Heritage and Culture, the Veterans Troops, and Families (VTF) Professional Grooming & Hygiene Services is established by a retired Chief Petty Officer (SW) from the U.S. Navy and a former Contracting Officer with the U.S. Department of Defense/U.S. Department of the Army.
Motivated by his subjective experiences and observations during visits to the Poly Trauma Center at Audie Murphy Veteran Medical Center, the Chief Petty Officer established this platform to make professional grooming and hygiene services accessible to veterans, active-duty members, reservists, their families, NATO Allies and People or Individuals with Disabilities across the globe.
His mission is to provide exceptional grooming and hygiene services, aiming to empower, elevate, and support our Veterans, Troops, and their Families. The vision is centered on enhancing the quality of life for Veterans, Troops, and their Families through various grooming and hygiene offerings accessible through our online platform and mobile app worldwide.
VTF LLC operates independently, without relying on government funding, dedicated to serving our Veterans, Troops, and their Families both domestically and internationally.
A small part of the proceeds supports domestic VA programs, including but not limited such as memorial events, suicide prevention initiatives, disaster relief, and community activities.
One of his objectives is to seamlessly integrate superior grooming practices for Veterans, Troops, and their Families by offering top-tier services in a comfortable and accessible setting.
He envisions a long-term commitment to providing VTF services around the clock through digital initiatives and strategic contributions, thereby expanding our support on a national and global scale.
