COVID-19 WATCH: BARANGAYS TAMBOAN AND BESAO WEST PLACED UNDER LOCKDOWN DUE TO COMMUNITY QUARANTINE VIOLATIONS.

Dura lex sed lex, it may be harsh but it is the law. Upon the recommendation of the Municipal COVID-19 Task Force, Municipal Mayor Johnson D. Bantog II just placed Barangays Tamboan and Besao West under lockdown due to community violations of some residents.

The lockdown for Tamboan takes effect at 6PM tonight while Besao West's lockdown is effective 6AM tomorrow. The restriction of movement of the constituents of the said barangays shall be enforced until further notice.

The specific guidelines which were violated by concerned residents and were consequently reported to the municipal operations center and likewise personally observed by authorities enforcing the laws include non-observance of the 14-day required isolation, non-wearing of face masks, loitering for leisure purposes and drinking alcoholic beverages.

Time and again, advisories from this municipality's Municipal Covid-19 Task Force is a constant repetition of reminders and the changing guidelines re the local response and management of the COVID-19 threat in the municipality. Egay men kulang nan gobilno as palagip kendakayo ay kakailyan. Waay met ngata egay gedan men kulang nan oopisyales yu ay nangibagbaga kendakayo asnan pag lintegan di ili. Waay met ngata gedan wada facebook yu ya men buybuya kayo et getken yu nan general guidelines ya nan makwamakwani en public minimum health standards.

The action of the task force and the responsible officers of the municipality to enforce lockdown was emulated from same impositions of other LGUs. Sapay kuma ta men kinaawatan tako am-in. Wasdi tumolnog dantako pay men iyanos tapno asnan omodi amin tako wada entako magalanos.
