Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director Police Brigadier General Cesar Pasiwen officially retired on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 in a turn over and retirement ceremony in Camp Olivas, San Fernando, Pampanga.

PNP Chief General Rodolfo Azurin Jr. presided the ceremony with Brigadier General Jose Hidalgo Jr. who replaced Pasiwen as the PRO 3 Regional Director.

Pasiwen expressed gratitude to God and his colleagues and superiors for the chance to serve with them in his various assignments as a police officer.

Prior to his assignment as Central Luzon director, Pasiwen was the Executive Officer of the PNP Northern Luzon Area Police Command composed of the regions of Central Luzon, Ilocos, Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Administrative Region.

Police Brigadier General Cesar Pasiwen, an Igorot General bows out of service after more than 33 years in police service.

Pasiwen, a member of Philippine National Police Academy "Sandigan" Class of 1994, was the second PNPA graduate to hold the top post in Central Luzon.

He traces his roots from Besao, Mountain Province and Mankayan, Benguet.
