Throughout CPT Sadlay's term as Commanding Officer of the 23rd Marine Company, the Marine Battalion Landing Team-3, has won numerous awards.

"BACK TO BACK BEST IN ATHLETIC" and "BEST RIFLE COMPANY" awards

Through his leadership, Marine Battalion Landing Team-3 has been awarded the "BEST RIFLE COMPANY" for three consecutive years, from 2018, 2019, and 2020. The Company has also been awarded the "BACK TO BACK BEST IN ATHLETIC" for CY 2019 and 2020.

The achievements of the 23rd Marine Company, under the leadership of CPT Sadlay earned them the "GRAND SLAM BEST COMPANY" spot. The first time in Marine history.

For his effectiveness as Commanding Officer of the 23rd Marine Company, the Igorot Marine official was awarded the "BEST OFFICER" in 2019.

CPT Sadlay is currently stationed in Palawan.

Proud Igorot Marine Captain Dennis Dongla Sadlay was awarded a Certificate of Distinction for graduating Number (1) in the class of 27 students of the Basic Civil Military Operations (CMO) Course CI 07-20 conducted by the Civil Military Operations School, Civil Military Operations Group - Philippine Navy (CMOG-PH) from December 4, 2020, to April 21, 2021.

The award was given by COL RICARDO D PETROLA PN(M) GSC, on the 21st of April 2021 at the Multi-Purpose Hall, HCMOG-PN, Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown, Naval Station Jose Francisco, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
