Igorots working in China remain strong despite the effects of coronavirus disease.

In an interview with International Correspodent Jen Marcos, an OFW in China from Mountain Province, she stated that the Igorots there are trying to strengthen their immunity so that they can avoid the virus.

She is proud that they are able to maintain good health through eating healthy foods.

She added that one of the strategies of Igorot teachers in the country is to teach online so that they can avoid the disease.

She further stated that the domestic helpers there were not even on holiday so that they could protect themselves against COVID-19.

Marcos is pleased to announce that the Chinese government provides substantial support to OFWs.

She acknowledged that they were nervous too, but she was sure they would not be left behind.

She still pleads with fellow Filipinos that they will continue to pray for their safety against COVID 19.
