His recent triumph in the Public Safety Junior Leadership Course (PSJLC) for the 2023-02 classes Alpha to India showcases not only his academic prowess but also his potential for effective leadership.

PSSg Nazario's dedication and proficiency were recognized as he graduated as the top student in Echo Company, out of fifty Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCOs). His remarkable final rating of 93.264% across both academic and non-academic phases of the course earned him the Certificate of Merit.
The award ceremony took place during the Honor's Night at the National Capital Region Training Center, Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City, on March 1, 2024, with POLICE MAJOR GENERAL RITCHIE MEDARDO A POSADAS, Director NPTI, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
