[June 21 #SolarEclipse] #BaguioCity #Benguet
Unfortunately for those in Baguio-Benguet hoping to view the partial solar eclipse tomorrow (June 21 Sunday), the chance of afternoon showers/thunderstorms across the province is high. Still hoping for clear skies to prevail though. The event will begin by 3pm and end by 5:30pm PhT, peaking at 4:21pm when about 74% of the Sun will be covered by the moon. The next solar eclipse visible in Benguet with ≥50% of the Sun covered will still be on 2042 (~89% coverage)!

Remember, do not directly look at the Sun. Here is an article on how to safely watch a solar eclipse: www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/eclipse-tips-safety.html
