🌋Not known by many locals Mount Santo Tomas is a potentially active stratovolcano in the Philippines that is located in the municipality of Tuba in the province of Benguet. The mountain is part of the Santo Tomas Forest Reserve, which was established by Proclamation No. 581, issued by President Manuel L. Quezon.
