Kibungan has lost one of its bravest man, PCpl Marlon Casil. He has been a good athlete who carried the name of the municipality during his high school days, running the tracks and winning medals. He also represented and made Kibungan proud way back 2012 in the Mr. and Ms. Benguet pageant. But now, our hero is already with our Almighty God.
