It's anyone's guess, but I maybe can guess what you're thinking : People's, Jacks, Luisa's, 456. Star cafe..
But if you ask me? It was the unbeatable, old "DAINTY RESTAURANT", I hope our kaigorotan will fully agree specially if you belong or one of the old school politicians of in Baguio.
I remember the restaurants's coffee boiler was big , fat and filled up at least every 10 minutes at the least by a Person named John, regardless, I can recall the restaurant's Menu back then and here were the following:
I hope someone steps up to the front and reintroduce exactly the same taste as it were back then, yum, the hungry madness taste and smell back to the city.
My favorite? The so tender lechon rice with one medium egg and Bokchoy on top of steam rice and a cup of tap water :)
A barraco coffee dainty style brewed with Alaska milk evaporated and couple hot & fresh cinnamon rolls dainty baked, oh boy,...I d be happy rubbing my belly all day long after all
What I disliked about it were the old freaking rather horrifying restrooms :)
