Pinuri ni Senador Panfilo Lacson si Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong sa liderato nito sa pag-instill ng disiplina sa kanyang mga nasasakupan sa gitna ng Enhanced Community Quarantine.

Idinagdag din ng Senador sa kanyang tweet ang isang imahe ng mga residente ng Baguio City na nagsasagawa ng "social distancing" upang mas maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19.

Nagtrabaho si Magalong sa ilalim ni Lacson sa Philippine National Police, na pinamunuan ni Lacson mula 1999 hanggang 2001.

Paulit-ulit na pinuri ni Lacson si Magalong dahil mas pinili nito ang integridad kaysa karera nang mag-ulat ito sa kanyang mga natuklasan sa 2015 Mamasapano Incident, kung saan nasawi ang 44 na myembro ng PNP Special Action Force.
