Narcilisa Ponase Talipnao never thought she would top the recently concluded Criminology Licensure Examination.
From 33,489 examinees, 11,098 passed and Talinao was the Top 1 after getting 91.60 marks.
Talipnao is a native of Atok, Benguet, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in the Bachelor of Science in Criminology course at the University of Baguio on June 22 of last year.
Talipnao narrated that she only found out that she was the Top 1 in the said examination when her mentor called to congratulate her.
Her only brother and her parents were very happy with her success.
According to Talipnao, when she was still young, she loved to watch action films which inspired her to become a law enforcer.
Right now she is considering entering the academy first.
According to her, she spent more than six months reviewing so she was not able to be with her loved ones.
She also shared that her hard work and prayer helped her to pass and top the examination.
