Why is this Kabayan MPS personnel carrying a baby?

When the Tiongsan Rolling store came into our Municipality, residents took the opportunity to purchase their neccesities and provisions and the Kabayan MPS personnel conducted police presence in order to remind the customers to maintain public health standards and provided security assistance as well.

It was during this time that PCpl Nimfa B Camis spotted a mother carrying her baby who wished to purchase her groceries.

Upon interviewing the mother why she brought the baby with her as it is not supposed to be considering our current situation, she narrated her circumstance and condition.

PCpl Nimfa B Camis offered to carry the baby instead until the mother finished procuring her needs.
