This past year, #Baguio recorded one of its wettest Decembers with 16 rainy days and rainfall total of 161mm. Even so, the city's annual rainfall of only 2410mm (normal: about 3800mm) is the lowest within the last 20 years. Baguio and the rest of Benguet had a rather slow rainy season (Jun-Oct) in 2020. August, peak of rainy season in Baguio-Benguet and averages 905mm rainfall, only saw 402mm - lowest since 2010. However, a pattern can be seen that these below-normal seasons are usually followed by normal or even above-normal ones. Hoping 2021 won't disappoint us, especially our farmers.
