SON OF CERVANTES, ILOCOS SUR IS TOP 20 IN BAR EXAM
Residents from nearby Cervantes, Ilocos Sur took to the social media to congratulate Kyle Terence Amilao Viloria of Arellano University for landing in top 20 in the 2022 Bar exam with a rating of 86.3334 percent.
The topnotcher is reportedly a grandson of the late Cervantes Mayor Rufino Lacbongan Amilao.
