She made history as the first Philippine policewoman to complete a Fulbright scholarship as a Hubert Humphrey Fellow at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs. The official assumption of command ceremony, held at the ZCPO conference room and presided over by Police Regional Office - 9 Director General Bowenn Joey Masauding, marked the commencement of Molitas's duties as the OIC-ZCPO Director.
