Estrella Balnao, coffee farmer and producer of Mt. Kalinga Coffee, receives her Special Award for Agri Micro-business from Marixi Rufino-Prieto, member of the CMA National Selection Committee. Estrella shares the honors with Romeo Ponio, corn and vegetable farmer. The 16th CMA awarding rites was held last December at the Metropolitan Museum of Manila.
