Local farmers of Sagada donate cabbage, sayote, squash and other vegetables. In partnership with the Department of Agriculture-CAR, Tracey Santiago, and Sagada LGU, the accumulated vegetables shall be transported to Albay, one of the places hardest hit by the recent typhoon "Rolly".

In Sagada, "Binnadang" is still very real. We thank our Kankana-ey brothers and sisters from Sagada for sending their extra harvests for the people of Albay.

They, who needed help in moving their produce during this COVID crisis, are the same community of people helping those in need and hungry in Albay.

Today and everyday is a blessing when you experience communities from the north helping those in the south.

As they say in Kankana-ey, Salasalamat!
In Bicol, Dios Mabalos!
In Tagalog, Maraming Salamat po!
