P2LT Remuel Bosway Agpawan is a 24-year-old graduate of Accountancy from Mountain Province State Polytechnic College. He is a proud Cordilleran from Sumadel, Tinglayan, Kalinga, and comes from a humble family. Despite his difficult circumstances, he was able to finish college with his perseverance and hard work.
