JINSP Marrion Gail Bernadette Balweg Dongan, Kalinga woman from Pasil, is the newly appointed Warden of BJMP Butuan City Jail-Female Dormitory.

JINSP Marrion Gail Bernadette Balweg Dongan, a Kalinga woman from Pasil, Kalinga and a member of PNPA MANDAYUG Class of 2020, is the newly appointed Warden of BJMP Butuan City Jail-Female Dormitory.

Among the elite 25 graduates of PNPA Mandayug Class of 2020 who joined the BJMP, JINSP Dongan was the second warden as well as the second female warden of the class.

As the warden of a city female dormitory, she is the person in charge of the overall operational and administrative control of the city jail.

She generally exercises supervision and control over all personnel in the jail unit - by looking after their welfare and growth, and all-female PDLs - by monitoring their positive development to become better citizens.

She also observes fairness and impartiality in dealing with personnel and PDLs.

As the crowned Ms. PNPA 2019 First Runner-Up, we know that JINSP Dongan will also set an example to her subordinates and the PDLs. Her integrity, positive demeanor, and a great deal of honesty will inspire the people within her jurisdiction.
