47 lawyers from Mountain Province, 68 from Kalinga pass 2020-2021 Bar exams

A total of 115 lawyers from Kalinga and Mountain Province passed the 2020-2021 Philippine Bar Examination.

A total of 47 lawyers from Mountain Province and around 68 lawyers from Kalinga passed the 2020-2021 Philippine Bar Examination. This is the highest number of passers from the province in recent years.

The successful lawyers, who hail from different municipalities in Mountain Province and Kalinga, took the bar exam on February 4 and 6, 2022. They were among the 8,241 bar examinees who passed the exam, which had a passing rate of 73.37%.

The passage of around 115 lawyers from Mountain Province and Kalinga is a testament to the provinces' commitment to providing quality legal education. It is also a source of pride for the people of these provinces, who see the new lawyers as future leaders who will help to uphold the rule of law in the province.

The successful lawyers are now eligible to practice law in the Philippines. They are expected to make significant contributions to the legal profession and to the development of these provinces.
