Police Staff Sergeant Aldrine Agpad, a 36-year-old member of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team in Tabuk City, met a tragic end in a suspected hit-and-run incident while pursuing his morning jog on Friday, December 1, 2023.

Early Morning Routine Turns Fatal

Agpad, committed to both physical fitness and his duty as a law enforcement officer, left his residence after 3:00 a.m. for a routine jog.
